Discuss and take action to approve Ordinance O-09-23, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, adopting and levying ad valorem taxes for the year 2023 (Fiscal Year 2023-2024) at a rate of $0.564729 per one hundred dollars ($100) assessed valuation on all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas. 4. Discuss and first reading of Ordinance O-11-23, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, amending the Glenn Heights Code of Ordinances by repealing and replacing Article 6.03, “Food Service Regulations” of Chapter 6 “Health and Sanitation,” and amending Appendix A “Fee Schedule” at Section A4.001 “Food Service Fees”; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.(Parviz Pourazizian, Director of Planning & Development Services)
