Discuss and first reading of Ordinance O-08-22, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, amending the Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 1 “General Provisions”, Article 1.02 “City Council”; Division 2 “Rules of Order and Decorum”, Section 1.02.045 “Rules of Procedure and Decorum” to add a dress code provision; providing a repealing clause; providing a savings clause; and providing for an effective date. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session: A. pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071(1)(A) consultation with City Attorney to seek legal advice regarding pending litigation: Lucas Benson v. The City Council shall reconvene into Open Session and take any action arising from Executive Session: A. pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071(1)(A) consultation with City Attorney to seek legal advice regarding pending litigation: Lucas Benson v.
